  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease cookie sheets.
  2. Sift first four ingredients together.
  3. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy; add eggs and water and beat thoroughly.
  4. Add fruits, nuts and flour mixture; mix very well.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls on prepared cookie sheets and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
