Meat Mixture
- 907.18 g ground beef (or 1lb ground beef, 1lb sausage)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 14.79 ml parsley flakes
- 7.39 ml oregano
- 4.92 ml salt
- 473.18 ml tomatoes with juice
- 340.19 g can tomato paste

Cheese mixture
- 709.77 ml cottage cheese
- 4.92 ml salt
- 2 eggs
- 7.39 ml pepper
- 29.58 ml parsley flakes
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 340.19 g mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- grated parmesan cheese
directions
- Brown meat: drain.
- Add remaining meat mixture ingredients and simmer.
- Meanwhile, cook nine lasagna noodles for 12 minutes.
- Drain and rinse noodles in cold water.
- Mix the cheese mixture ingredients well with mixer.
- Butter a 9x13" pan.
- Alternate layers starting with noodles, then ground beef mixture, sprinkle on parmesan cheese, cottage cheese mixture, then mozzarella cheese.
- Do this three times.
- Bake at 375* for 30 minutes.
- Can be frozen before or after baking.
