From the Nescafe Cocktail Menu cookbook.
- 2 teaspoons nescafe red mug instant coffee granules
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 50 ml orange juice, chilled
- 65 ml fresh cream
- 125 ml cold water
- 2 1⁄2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon ice cube, crushed
- Blend everything together in a blender/mixie until frothy and yummylicious.
- Pour into a serving glass.
- Garnish with an orange slice and serve cold!
