Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules (preferably Nescafe Red Mug)
  • 250 ml hot milk (I use low-fat and sometimes virtually fat-free milk)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 candy bar, chopped (preferably a Lion Bar, a caramel or nuts or chocolate or Crispix treat)

Directions

  1. Blend everything in a mixer for 1 minute and serve hot.
