This is a great variation of pecans. They are slightly sweet and make great gifts

Very good and easy to make. I had some pecans laying around so decided to give this recipe a try. I followed the recipe exactly as written. Loved them.


  1. Heat all the ingredients in an iron skillet on medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon until all the moisture is cooked out.
  3. Sugar will crystallize on pecans.
  4. Turn out on wax paper.
  5. Break apart as they cool.
