This is a great variation of pecans. They are slightly sweet and make great gifts
Directions:
1
Heat all the ingredients in an iron skillet on medium heat.

Stir constantly with a wooden spoon until all the moisture is cooked out.
3
Sugar will crystallize on pecans.
4
Turn out on wax paper.
5
Break apart as they cool.

I made 2 batches of this - sent some to the teachers & neighbors. Very easy to make and it's very clear when they are dry & done. As others have stated, they aren't overly sweet, they're just right.
