  1. Peel, seed and finely dice the cucumber.
  2. Using a colander, squeeze out any excess water from the cucumber chunks.
  3. Place in a bowl and blend well with the pepper and dill.
  4. Blend in the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Cover and chill.
  6. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Radishes, Carrots, Onion Crackers
