    Okay, now think summer and snow cones! These are made with the natural juices of nectarines! Great for kids of all ages!

    Ingredients:

    Servings:

    Units: US | Metric

    • 3 ripe nectarines, peeled and chopped
    • 2 1/2 cups small ice cubes
    • 2 tablespoons sugar (to taste)

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Put all the ingredients in blender or food processor, and mix on low speed until the ice cubes are well broken up. Increase speed to high, and blend until the ice crystals are tiny and the mixture is smooth. Serve in pretty bowls. Enjoy!

      This is delicious! The only thing I did different from the recipe is that I did not peel the nectarines. Other then that- fabulous!

      Delicious! it needed way more than 2 tablespoons sugar (just personal preference) my fruit-loving DH loved this. Thanks for posting Sharon!...Kitten:)
