Here's something a little different for your New Years Eve celebration. Use sparkling cider for a non-alcoholic version. I found this on Meals.com.
- 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne or 1 (750 ml) bottle sparkling wine, chilled
- 2 (11 1/2 fluid ounce) cans mango nectar, chilled
- Divide champagne among glasses; top with nectar.
Simple and delicious. My store sells pear and apricot nector as well, so we made individual glasses using each flavor. All were excellent. We also used a Prosecco, an Italian sparkling wine.
