  • 2 (11 1/2 fluid ounce) cans mango nectar, chilled


  1. Divide champagne among glasses; top with nectar.

Simple and delicious. My store sells pear and apricot nector as well, so we made individual glasses using each flavor. All were excellent. We also used a Prosecco, an Italian sparkling wine.
