  • Preheat oven 350°F
  • Whisk together egg, milk, cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl, stir in cooked rice.
  • Pour into a small baking dish.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden on top.
  • Serve warm or cold.

  1. This is very good recipe but I added slices of banannas cut into fourths and slices of oranges cut into thirds. You dont need too much slices of bannana and orange to make this good recipe that much better.
     
  2. This is a very easy recipe. I used one more tablespoon of sugar and it had to cook longer(my oven?) But it is good and very cinnammony.
