To go with the Pizza Dough and Pizza Margherita.
- 14 ounces roma tomatoes, drained and run through a food mill
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed hot red pepper
- Combine all ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
