I love roasted capsicum and dipping it with bread and crackers, I just can't stop eating!
- 4 red capsicums, roasted, skinned and seeded
- 60 ml cold pressed olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts
- 1 tablespoon low calorie sweetener (Natvia 100% natural)
- cracked black pepper, salt, to taste
