This is a quick, delicious frosting recipe that is vegan, pareve and has no trans fats. I have been experimenting for a while trying to come up with a tasty nondairy recipe for frosting & this is the result. It goes great on relatively plain cake. I first used it on Vanilla Cake.

OK... I've just made this and substituted the cherry preserves for apricot! I have to say... it tastes divine and I can't wait to put it on the cake!! I'm doing a non-dairy chocolate cake and this was (sadly) the only non-dairy frosting I came across that looked decent - more than decent... delicious!! Thanks so much for sharing your recipe.
