I'm not sure where I got this one. Make sure you use flowers that are clean and not sprayed with chemicals!
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup chives
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped nasturtium blossoms
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, chives, nasturtiums and mustard. Add the oil and whisk to blend.
