Great recipe! Used it for a Holiday Brunch and was very easy to prepare. I did only use rum instead of bourbon and brandy.

  1. Stir booze with the egg yolks.
  2. Mix cream and sugar, then blend with booze.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold gently into the other mixture.
  4. Garnish with cloves and nutmeg.
  5. Serve in small mugs.
