Awesome cranberry pie. I used gluten free flour but otherwise followed the recipe to the letter, and it turned out beautiful. Quickly and easily made, and utterly delicious. Thanks for sharing, I'll make this again often.

  1. Combine cranberries, walnuts and 1/2 c sugar. Spread evenly into a 10" pie plate or springform pan.
  2. Combine remaining sugar with remaining ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour over cranberries and walnuts in pie plate.
  3. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 40 minutes.
