If you like potato salad but can't make it just right, this is the best recipe! Seriously, it's awesome! I skipped the celery because we aren't big fans and used regular salt because it's all I had. So yummy! And the white pepper really made a difference because it evenly dispersed it throughout the dish. I followed the instructions for cooking the potatoes, and it made the texture just right. 5 stars!

One Tip: when your eggs are done in the pan, your potatoes are only about 3 minutes or less away from being al-dente. It is easy to let them go too far like you are making mashed potatoes! I cut my unpeeled potato the size of an egg aprox and take them out after the 10 minutes of boiling, we like the potato some what underdone, so it has a tooth feel in the salad. Everything else I do exactly as directed... It is a hit no matter where I serve it!

I have been searching for the perfect combination of mustard and other ingredients in the potato salad and this is it. I took one taste and wanted to eat the whole bowl. By far the perfect mix of everything. I will definitely recommend this recipe to everyone I know.

This was clearly one of the best potato salads I've had yet. DH is not a big fan of potato salad, and he told me I could make this one again and he loved it. I followed the instructions to the letter, just halved the recipe. Nan! You're a genius! This is an awesome recipe.......Only change I made was to add a little less sugar, sprinkled it with paprika and added sliced radishes on top for colour! It's a hit! I will likely never use another recipe. Thank You Thank You!

So good! I do like the addition of mustard in the creamy dressing. Used sour cream thinned with a little milk instead of cream.

I boiled my potatoes and eggs separately. I'm not a fan of celery, so, that was left out. I use Miracle Whip & French's mustard along with sweet gherkins ( even the pickle juice). The white pepper is a nice change! You still get the pepper flavor but it doesn't overwhelm the sauce. I liked it so much I made another batch of the sauce and blended it with egg yolks for my deviled eggs! This one is a keeper!
