Nanny's Pizza

"This is a family tradition. My great aunt use to call it "Pitza". I make this for family get- togethers. It does have a sweeter sauce, you can adjust the sugar based on your own preference. We also prefer eating this when it is actually cold."

I am a trained chef who has left the kitchen lifestyle to try my hand at sales with "Sysco Foods". I am really enjoying my new career which is much more accomodating for our busy family life. I have been married for 12 years to my husband Wendell who is a police officer. We have two growing boys, Wendell III who is 12 and Nolan is 9. Food is a huge part of our family life. Even though we are always on the move, we have always made it a point to eat as a family, even if it is 9 at night.
