      My Grandmother made these for years for the Holidays with one alternative version as well. Substitute maple flavoring/butterscotch pudding mix instead of vanilla/vanilla pudding mix to change it up.

      Yum! These were a nice change from traditional Nanaimo bars. I used cashews for the nuts and a leftover chocolate easter bunny for the top layer. I found that they crumbled a bit when they were cut but the still tasted delish! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
