Nancy's Marinade

"A great all-purpose marinade. I use it with all sorts of meats, poultry and even pork. Serving amounts and cooking times will vary depending on what you are using the marinade with."

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
• 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
• 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce

directions

1. Combine all the ingredients. You can add herbs if desired. Keep in covered jar in fridge.
