  • Mix together beef, Kitchen Bouquet, dry mustard, and marjoram. Set aside for a few minutes while you slice the mushrooms.
  • Slice the mushrooms.
  • Heat oil in electric frying pan or large skillet, add meat.
  • Brown meat and add mushrooms.
  • Turn heat down and simmer, covered, for about 30 minutes, until meat is tender.
  • Add Sour Cream and ketchup.
  • cook only long enough to heat sour cream and ketchup. You don't want it to boil.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve over egg noodles (we like wide ones).
