- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 7 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- Blitz together all ingredients in food processor to form a dough (add pecans near the end).
- Shape into roll and place in refridgerator overnight (or freezer) to chill.
- Slice thin and bake at 325 for 10 minute.
