- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- Place butter in 9" square casserole and put in 350 degree oven to melt.
- Combine the biscuit mix, sugar, milk, cinnamon and cherry filling. Pour into pan and bake 45 minute.
Very easy to make. It's like a steamed pudding when it's hot and bread pudding when it's cold. Especially good served with ice cream or whipped cream. I really liked it. I'd make it again.
