  1. Boil shrimp 3-5 min in salted water.
  2. Drain, peel and chop.
  3. Mix together shrimp, onion, and spices.
  4. Add egg and stir well.
  5. Fry dollops in 1/2" oil.
  6. Drain and serve with sweet and sour sauce or apricot jam.
