  • 4 (250 g) packages cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons bird's custard powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 12 cup chopped pecans
  • 12 cup coconut
  • 12 cup whipping cream
  • 6 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares

Directions

  1. Crust:.
  2. Mix cookie crumbs, butter, pecans and coconut.
  3. Press into a 9 x 13 pan and chill.
  4. Filling.
  5. Mix cream cheese, custard powder and sugar in mixer and beat til smooth.
  6. Add eggs, one at a time and mix til just blended.
  7. Pour onto unbaked crust.
  8. Bake 350 40 mins til centre is almost set.
  9. Cool to room temperature.
  10. Refrigeratve 3 hours or overnight.
  11. TOPPING:.
  12. Mix whipping cream and chocolate squares over low heat.
  13. Pour over chilled cheesecake.
