  • Preheat oven 375 degrees.
  • Combine banana's, sugar and egg in bowl.
  • Add butter and walnuts.
  • Stir in dry ingredients.
  • Fill 12 muffin papers or muffin tin 2/3 full each with batter.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until muffins are done.
