Healthiest version of banana nut muffins!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spay mini muffin tins or use foil liners. Blend dry ingredients and set aside. Add oil, milk, and vanilla to mashed bananas. Stir in dry ingredients. and add nuts. Use ice cream scoop to put in mini pan(s). Bake until brown and toothpick test center.
