This is my daughters favourite dip that their Nana Jude makes. A southwest US recipe.
- 300 g salsa (I use a jar of Old El Paso's thick and chunky)
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce (I recommend sweet chilli with coriander)
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Let set in fridge for an hour.
- Serve with corn chips.
What a great salsa. Many thanks to nana for this delicious treat. We enjoyed it very much. The dip was flavorful, smooth, silky, chunky and had a great texture. It was perfect served with the corn chips. We enjoyed it even more the following day. Thank you so much for sharing a new family favorite.
