- 1⁄2 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons diced red chilies
- 1⁄2 sliced shallot
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- coriander leaves (to garnish)
directions
- Dissolve sugar and salt in vinegar over low heat. Let cool. To serve, add chilies, shallots and cucumber to liquid. Add coriander leaves. Serve with grilled meat.
