A real comfort food. My family loved these potatoes. I made exactly as posted and they were inhaled. Thanks for posting mama.
Loved the flavor combo's here Lori. I knew my guys would like it as they are such cheese freaks and of course love there taters. I made the potatoes from scratch and have left-overs that I will top on a casserole this week. Nothing goe to waste here!!Thanks again and this one will go under Favorites! Oh and I will say that I used grated PepperJack cheese instead of cheddar in the potatoes and grated sharp cheddar for the top. Only because of what I had on hand and preferences.
Deeelicious! I had to use up some bacon, so I used that instead of the bacon bits. Made for ZWT 3. :)
Well what can anybody say about this? YUM! Very fattening, but sometimes you just NEED something like this! I used fat-free half-and-half and light sour cream, just to cut a little fat out, and it was still fantastic! I'm more of a purist when it comes to mashed taters, but the "MMMMs" that came from the table tonight made me smile. Great recipe. Thanks!
Yummmmmy!! I baked the potatoes whole and left the skins on when I mashed them. Had some jalapeno jack cheese to use up so did half jack, half cheddar. Didn't have enough green onion so threw in some dried onion flakes. Also added an extra 1/2 tsp garlic powder and left out the bacon bits (didn't have any). Baked for about 25 minutes. This would be a great dish for a potluck. Will definitely make again! Thanks mama!
Very moist & tasty. Not a drop left from dinner. Used left over mashed potatoes. I have now made them twice. Thank you Mama.
Yummy!!! Had some left over potatoes and this really made them into a special dish. Thanks, Mama.
Oh this was just perfect!! So creamy and so good!!! Everyone had second helpings and there was not a spoonful leftover! Loaded to the gills and perfect in every way!!! Thanks for another fabulous recipe!
Butter, sour cream and cheese. It doesn't get better then this. Another great recipe from Mama. Thanks
