ingredients

• 283.49 g condensed cheddar cheese soup (one can)
• 212.62 g 1% low-fat milk (3/4 of the empty can)
• 1 red onion, diced
• 2.46 ml garlic powder
• 59.14 ml mild salsa
• 44.37 ml low-fat sour cream
• 14.79 ml chili powder (more or less depending on taste and the heat of your chili)
• 4.92 ml dill
• 78.78 ml low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed
• 10 tortilla chips, crushed
• 118.29 ml Yve's veggie ground round (optional)
• 44.37 ml black olives (optional)
• 44.37 ml refried beans (optional)
• 0 avocado, cubed (optional)

directions

1. saute onions in a little oil till starting to brown.
2. add everything else but the chips and simmer on med-low till cheese melts and flavors combine, watch it doesn't boil over! stir several times during cooking.
3. serve topped with chips. goes well with a simple green salad.
