      This meal was easy to prepare and very tasty!
      I did not roll the chicken but rather layered them in a baking pan.
      I pounded the breasts and then did a layer of chicken, a layer of the refried bean mixed with cheese, and then another layer of chicken. Topped with taco sauce and then the chips. Baked for 20 min. covered and then removed cover and baked for another 15 min. Squeezed some fresh lime juice over the dish and served. Very flavorful and fun dish! Thank you for sharing.
