An addictive dessert from an old family recipe. This is a cold cooked pie, the lemon juice cooks the milk in the mixing.
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 large lemon, juice of
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 (9 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
- Mix Eagle Brand Milk, lemon juice and pineapple until thickened.
- Blend in cool whip and nuts.
