Myrna's Pecan Pie

"I love pecan pies and this is a little bit different from the ordinary."

• Ingredients: 9
• Yields: 1 pie

ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1⁄2 cup dark corn syrup
• 1⁄2 cup whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄4 cup brandy
• 1 cup pecans

directions

1. Beat eggs with spoon.
2. Add sugar, salt, butter, syrup& cream.
3. Stir til well blended.
4. Stir in vanilla, brandy& pecans.
5. Pour into 9" crust.
6. Bake at 375* for 40-50 minutes.
