Great recipe, very tasty! I did make a couple of changes, however. Instead of 8 oz. of tomato sauce, I used 4 oz, then another 4 oz of BBQ (Original) sauce. Instead of oats, I used breadcrumbs, since I had them on hand. Then added a mix of tomato sauce, ketchup and BBQ sauce onto the top to bake along with it.

Thanks for a great meatloaf recipe. Loved the little kick that the hot sauce added. The only thing I did different was add a light layer of ketchup on top. I'll definitely make this one again!

Not the best meatloaf I have ever eatten, but considering its 1/2- 1/3 of the fat I have to say I'm impressed.

Oh Marsha thanks so much for your version of this meatloaf!! This was so tasty!! Only change I made is to use some salsa instead of tomato sauce (as I ran out of tomato sauce). It kinda fell apart when I put it in my plate - but I think it's because I couldn't wait to cut it and taste it!! Thanks Marsha! :)

Best meatloaf I've ever made. The oatmeal gives it a nice flavour, even if it does fall apart pretty easily.

I used Progresso's Tomato and Basil soup instead of the tomato sauce. DH couldn't stop raving about this. Definitely a keeper!

It was good ... but fell apart too easily.

We found this meatloaf to have a great taste but it didn't hold together well and was difficult to slice. I love the fact that it is lowfat and will probably try it again. I added a little line of parmesan cheese along the top. Thanks for sharing.

I think I will keep this in my cookbook file. This was tasty but not over the edge. I added some other spices to it, but that is personal choice. Thanks Punkin.

I made this recipe in my muffin tin and froze some for lunches etc.. It made 10 large meatloaf muffins. I cheated and put a bit of BBq sauce on the top (prob not WW now!) but it was really good, and it held together just fine- Thanks Marsha

This was very simple to make. My only problem was that it didn't stick together too well. My DH loved it and asked for it again. I like that this is low fat. I will be making this again. Thanks Marsha.
