I make this all the time...delish! Salad for one posted for calorie count.
- 4 ounces steak, grilled and sliced
- 2 cups red leaf lettuce
- 1⁄4 yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon green onion, sliced
- 1 roma tomato, sliced
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 slice French bread, small homemade
- 1 teaspoon butter, unsalted
- Assemble salad, butter bread and serve it on the side. Enjoy!
