Filling
- 907.18 g ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 29.58 ml chopped garlic
- 118.29 ml ketchup
- 78.78 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 78.78 ml brown sugar
- 473.18 ml chicken broth (or 2 chicken bouillon cubes and 2 cups water)
- 29.58 ml garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 425.24 g can sweet corn, drained

- 10-15 small potatoes or 10-15 medium potatoes
- 14.79 ml onion powder
- 14.79 ml garlic powder
- 14.79 ml salt
- 14.79 ml pepper
- 118.29 ml half-and-half
- 118.29 ml butter
- 29.58 ml dried chives
- salt and pepper

- 59.14 ml butter, cut into pats
- 118.29 ml shredded cheddar cheese
directions
- Peel potatoes and cut up into large cubes.
- Put in pot of water with onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Boil until soft.
- Brown meat, onion and garlic in a pan.
- Drain.
- Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, pepper and corn.
- Simmer for about 35 minutes or until thickened.
- Drain potatoes.
- While mashing with a potato masher, add half and half, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chives and onion powder.(Add more of any of the above if needed).
- Spread a thin layer of mashed potatoes onto the bottom of a 13" x 9" baking pan.
- Spread meat mixture on top of potato layer.
- Spread the rest of the potatoes on top of the meat layer.
- Put small pats of butter sporadically along the top.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and top of potatoes are slightly browned.
