      This is so funny, because I went on a "rice diet" when I was in my late teens and lost 40 lbs that way! Except mine was a box of broccoli cheese Rice-A-Roni prepared with lowfat margarine, and sometimes a can of albacore tuna tossed in. Of course, I also only ate fruit salad and Miracle Water during the day...not the healthiest diet. I'm sure if one incorporated this with veggies, fruit and dairy during the day it would be healthful too! If I didn't have kids and wasn't forced to cook different things all the time, I'd definitely go on it again (with the aforementioned changes).
