I'll give it 5 stars. I debated giving it 4 or not, but I hate giving worse than 5. Plus, I made a substitution: I used whole wheat flour. It was dense, but that is only to be expected. When you are ready to stretch it out before you use it, I recommend not kneading it or folding it over itself. It is so much easier to spread out if you just pick up the dough ball and then stretch it out. Just a warning: This recipe isn't for the weak. It is kind of laborious, but a fabulous fat free dough,none the less.
