I am glad I tried this recipe. My loaf did not hold together as well as my regular recipe, but the flavor was very good. I will make it again, possibly adding one more egg? Thanks for the recipe!

I really enjoyed this meatloaf recipe. It is different from any other meatloaf I have ever tried but I enjoyed it. The pineapples give it a sweet flavor and it is kind of like eating sweet and sour meatballs. I will definitely make again!

I made this on the grill and it turned out great. Nice to have meatloaf in the hot summer! This was even better leftover in meatloaf sandwiches.

Great hot and great on sandwiches. First time I'd ever even heard of that BBQ sauce before, but I stuck with the recipe and used it. Excellent choice. :) Going in the "Make Again!" pile.

This was a great meatloaf. I too could not find beef stuffing mix but the one I used mushroom herb flavored worked just fine. This is a keeper! Thank you.

Very good meatloaf, DH said it was definately a 5* recipe. Quite different to make, the stuffing mix worked very well as did the pineapple, nice combination. We relly loved the bbq taste, used a smoky flavoured sauce. I made the whole recipe and fixed it into two meatloves, one for tonight and one for the freezer. I will be making this one again, thanks for sharing!

This made a nice big meatloaf. I used mixed herb Stove Top, since that's what the store carried. I didnt feel like I could pick out the pineapple flavor but I enjoyed the flavor very much. It had a seasoned taste, which went great with the Sweet Ray B. sauce/ketchup. My favorite part was the strong barbeque flavor. It made great leftovers the next night. Thanks Kelly! Roxygirl

This was a big hit with my hungry college students! It smelled sooo good while cooking. I followed recipe to the tee! Must admit I did not taste this as I have cut meat from my diet, but LOTS of wows around the table. This is a keeper.
