This is a very simple recipe but my ultimate comfort food and one of my favourite breakfasts. My mum use to make this and her mum before that.

  1. Mash avocado.
  2. sprinkle sugar and the pinch of salt on top.
  3. pour hot milk over to melt sugar.
  4. mix to combine or until smooth.
  5. serve on hot buttered toast.
  6. mmmh enjoy.
