This is a very simple recipe but my ultimate comfort food and one of my favourite breakfasts. My mum use to make this and her mum before that.
- Mash avocado.
- sprinkle sugar and the pinch of salt on top.
- pour hot milk over to melt sugar.
- mix to combine or until smooth.
- serve on hot buttered toast.
- mmmh enjoy.
