An easy salad that everyone likes at parties! This really whets your appetite as it's sweet, sour and spicy at the same time. Great to serve this with fried / roasted stuff!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cucumber, deseeded and sliced into half moon shapes
  • 1 slice pineapple, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 12 carrot, peeled and shredded
  • 2 red chilli padi
  • 5 tablespoons lime juice, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Serve chilled and enjoy.
