This is a good recipe; tasted a bit like carrot or spice cake. I halved the reciped and baked it in an 8x8 cake pan for ~30 min. Still worked fine. For the frosting, I didn't have the canned cream or milk so I used half-and-half. That didn't work as well... it was more like a sauce. I poured it on any way and still tasted great. There are only 2 of us and we ate it the whole thing within an hour or two. (Ate dessert before dinner!) Will make this one again!
