- 453.59 453.59 g chicken or 453.59 g soy crumbles
- 177.44-236.59 ml salsa
- 340.19 g spaghetti noodles (what pasta you have on hand)
- 9.85 ml chili powder (to taste)
- 793.78 g can diced tomatoes
- 236.59 ml tomato sauce
- 425.24 g can kidney beans
directions
- Fry the ground beef in a skillet until done.
- Put ground beef in a large saucepan and add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, salsa and chili powder.
- Simmer ingredients until boiling and then add the noodles. Taste to make sure chili powder is enough.
- Cook until noodles are done to your liking. Approx 10 minute.
- Ladle into bowls and enjoy.

I live in indianapolis, Indiana with my fabulous husband and three beautiful little girls ages 10,9 and 6. Along with our 90lb dog and four adorable cats. Full house doesn't even begin to describe us. I love cooking for my family. I'm trying to get them to eat healthier. Doesn't always work out that way.
