My Mom's Bar-B-Que Sauce

My mom taught me how to make this sauce. It can be used on chicken or ribs. It's especially good made into ham or pork bar-b-que sandwiches! It is also a great marinade. This recipe is easy to make and can be stored in the refrigerator for weeks.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Stir well to make sure the brown sugar and mustard is disolved. Bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Can be brushed on cooked chicken or ribs and grilled for ten minutes, or made into ham or pulled pork bar-b-que sandwiches using 3 lbs. of meat.
  3. Enjoy!

This was really a treat! I was looking for a sauce I could add chipped ham and make a sandwich! It worked great, my family loved it the only thing I did different was add some sweet relish to the sauce
