My Meatloaf

"I live alone and I like meatloaf, because you can add just about whatever you want to it...........I even added a box of macaroni and cheese (use only about half the noodles and I added another cup of sharp cheddar along with the cheese packet that came in the box) and it came out good."

  1. This is an easy recipe and was tasty. I missed the little bit of tomato sauce I usually use, so would add that next time. I subbed ground turkey. I don't keep commercial seasoning salts around, so used a bit of all of the ingredients listed in a copycat recipe for the Monterey blend. I would add a bit more of the dried onion next time. Made for Fall 2011 PAC game.
