This was very easy and absolutely wonderful. We order this at restaurants all the time and I think this was better. Thanks for the post.
WOW!!! The best hummous I have EVER tasted! Easy to make! I almost doubled the recipe but I am glad I din't since this one came out to about 4-5 cups! I am a garlic lover so I cheated and put 3 cloves. The taste is amazing! I cannot stop making this recipe and I cannot find a restaurant that makes a better one. Just for personal info, my dad, who is Egyptian, pronounce it hum-miss and not Choo-moose. Anyways, all that to say that I can honestly say this is by far THE MOST DELICIOUS hummous I have ever tasted.
Excellent recipe! The only change I made was to double the garlic, as we like it garlicky. Very easy recipe, and I will certainly be making this again!
Mama definitely knows best. I just want to roll in this! It's Fabulous! Perfect balance of spice to tang flavor. Hubby and I can eat by spoonful. Forget the dippers! Thanks for sharing
I was in Brazil with no hummous to be found. This was the best homemade hummous! I used 2 cups cooked chickpeas instead of the canned chickpeas. Thanks again.
Unbelievable! I made this recipe for the first time yesterday exactly as written. FANTASTIC! I served it at a pot luck party as the appetizer. It was completely gone within the first 1/2 hour. Thank you so much for this recipe - it will go down as one of my favorites!
Best hoummos I ever tasted! Very smooth. No more canned hoummos for me, ever. But mine got too salty this first time I tried it. Recommend you take half the amount of salt and then taste.
Delicious. Give it a little time for the flavours to blend and it is even better. Made it yesterday when it was very good, but today it is just excellent!
This was great. To be honest, we liked it better the next day. Love these simple to throw together recipes.
This is very good and easy to make. The taste is fresh and was wonderful on pita bread with tomatoes and olives. YUM. Much creamier than the Hummous recipe I usually use. I did add more garlic, because I love the stuff. Thanks for sharing.
