Tasty. And oh, so comforting!

  1. Heat oven 350.
  2. Boil macaroni until al dente. Drain. Rinse. Set aside.
  3. Heat butter in a saucepan.
  4. Whisk in flour. Cook 2-3 minutes, or until toasted.
  5. Whisk in milk, salt, pepper and Tabasco. Simmer until thickened.
  6. Stir in cheddar. Remove from heat.
  7. In a large sprayed casserole layer macaroni, sauce and Gruyere. Top with parmesan.
  8. Bake 30 minutes.
  9. YUM!
