I made this for my family tonight and it was really delicious!! Interesting taste, with the beer, but it cut the bbq sauce so it wasn't too sweet or spicy. I used a dark red beer since that's what I had, and it was really good. I'll make this again!! Thanks!
This definitely made pork steak shine. I followed the instructions but elected to use the oven method suggested. I used a craft beer and a honey bbq sauce on 4 very large bone in pork steaks. They were very tender, well flavored, and enjoyed. They was a ton of tasty sauce. I would cut the sauce ingredients in half if using regular chops. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
MMMMMMM made this tonight and it was very good! This recipe has a lot of possabilities, I want to try it with boneless country ribs and DH wants to try it with chicken.
It was good, I can see the potential, maybe I didn't use a BBQ sauce that was right for the recipe.
