I found a recipe in my Grandmas cookbook and modified it a bit. Good for a family dinner or party. Goes great with baked beans and potato chips.

  1. Salt and Pepper both sides of roast. Place in Slow cooker on low. Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the Bbq sauce (that's for later), in medium bowl. Pour over meat and turn meat over so it is coated on all sides. Cook on Low for 8 hours. Move roast to a large bowl and shred apart with forks. Pour half the liquid from the slow cooker over the meat and discard the rest. Move contents of bowl back to the slow cooker and pour in the Bbq sauce. stir together, cover and allow to simmer on low for 1/2 hour. Serve on sandwich rolls.
