  • Soak bread in Ouzo for 5 minutes. Squeeze dry.
  • Heat oil in a skillet.
  • Add onions. Saute 3 minutes. Remove. Let cool.
  • Stir into bread, turkey, egg, mint, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  • Shape into meatballs. Coat with flour.
  • Place on a rack over a baking sheet. Chill 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a skillet.
  • Add meatballs. Brown 10-15 minutes.
